Over the past months, the Foundation's website has been redesigned and redeveloped to respond to the increasing volume of site traffic and provide improved navigation and usability as the site content continues to grow.
The site relaunched on 4 June.
New features include:
A discussion forum for users to post topics of interest, participate in the discussion, or simply respond by poll.
Podcasts of lectures to download (video and audio)
New Press Office section with news and articles - watch this space for Joshua Rozenberg's article in the Daily Telegraph on our conference with the Aspen Institute on 7-9 July!
Other improvements and changes are described on the screenshots below:
Logo homepage link (top left) and improved site search function (top right)
New Press Office section in navigation bar. Take a look
Feature boxes allowing instant access to news and updated content
Wider three column page structure to minimise page scrolling.
Improved lefthand navigation showing subpages to aid usability
New righthand column for features, links and downloads.
The new site will be regularly updated with the latest publications, news and events, and will continue to be developed over the coming year. We hope the site will offer a better user-experience, and look forward to hearing your feedback on the new site.
