The Hidden World of Consumer ADR: Redress and Behaviour

Jesus College Ship St Centre, Oxford, 28 October 2011

Prof Chris Hodges
A conference on consumer ADR held in Oxford on 28th October attracted 70 delegates from around Europe, with representatives from the European Commission, four governments, many ombudsmen, and consumer and business organizations.

The debates voiced at the conference will help to inform the European Commission's two new legislative proposals on ADR and online dispute resolution, to be announced in November 2011.
