The Courts and Social Policy in the United States

This report and series of policy briefs are the product of a workshop held in association with the Aspen Institute Justice and Society program in July 2007.

They focus on the US judicial system through the exploration of three contemporary and contentious issues: affirmative action, reproductive rights, and anti-terror legislation.
