The Foundation for Law, Justice and Society is an independent institution affiliated with Oxford University.
It has three principal objectives:
to study, reflect on, and promote an understanding of the role of law in society;
to identify and analyse issues of contemporary interest and importance;
to inform policy by making the work of researchers and scholars more accessible to practitioners, whether in government, business, or the law.
Dr Sweta Chakraborty recommends a risk-based approach to regulation in the latest Policy Brief from FLJS.
