Poland: The Political, Constitutional, and Social Issues

A workshop to discuss the emerging political, constitutional, and social issues in Poland, where reforms to the judiciary have provoked the threat of EU sanctions.

The workshop will develop the ideas set out by lawyer and academic Marcin Matczak, in a lecture the previous day
