Phil joined the Foundation in May 2007 as Publications and Communications Manager, to help raise the profile of the Foundation and to manage the website and publications programme.
Phil has worked for several years in publishing and in the not-for-profit sector, including a period at Oxford University Press, where he worked on their list of law titles.
